I cannot reproduce the problems you mention. The scene behaves as expected in
2013 SP1.

Even if you cut the interest, it looks like the camera uses an imaginary
interest to reorient itself (when u hit 'f' for instance) and behaves the same

I think what is needed is an option like 'interest follows camera'.
However, this can be a nightmare if you are doing ca
Would be nice to have those new developers put this on a list.

*You should post this to the 3dPro list.* It would be nice to get some

Usually, I just tag points and then reframe, but still would be nice to

Same thing.
There is an center of interest distance in the camera PPG. When you have a
separate interest it is controlling this attribute. when you delete the
interest it reverts to using this value in the camera PPG. (similar to how up

I also think when you delete the

That is actually a tricky one because when you zoom in the Nav tool you are not
changing the FOV but rather moving the camera closer to the interest. (e.g. the
point about which the camera orbits) When the camera reaches the interest you
can't go any further.
In Maya when you start zooming and
- In the Visibility options, turn on "NURBS Boundaries".
- Create a Text Curve object.
- Enter Subcurve (or any other) component filter.
-> only the first Subcurve is displayed yellow (with the red/green
boundary marker).
All other subcurves are displayed white, which is wrong.
I've always wondered about that too. Seems odd and maybe should be added
to the "small annoying things" list.

Hey Sandy.
Huge congrats on getting Zambezia out the door! And on getting it to look
pretty damn good too! Nice to finally see some top quality features coming
out of good old SA. Kudos to the whole team. Khumba looks amazing by the
way! Can't wait to see both films.

It's an aliasing problem. In a perspective view, when looking at a flat

Is there a way to switch on anti-aliasing? If not, it would be nice if
they were updated in whatever way to become more appealing to the eye.
