These two statements seem to contradict each other:
"I used this raw file on 32 bit system."
"this file not working in our lab other 32 bit system."
"Directory" is a synonym for "folder" so "same directory" means "same folder". The files msconvert.exe, MSFileReader.XRawfile.SxS.manifest, and
I used this raw file on 32 bit system.
Then this file is no problem.
my old system is too slow, so I change new system.
when i change system, I check TPP using this raw file.
because, this file not working in our lab other 32 bit system.
actually, I don't understand, why is not working on my system
You only get this crash when converting a RAW file? Perhaps it is the RAW file. Have you tried several different RAW files? It's not a 64-bit issue. My own
machine is Windows 7 64-bit.

As Matt mentioned, the 32-bit pwiz binaries will work fine. Just use

Hi Todd,
This is most likely due to the Petunia's obsolete way to specify the
centroiding option to msconvert. It should run just fine if you leave that
off; I can send you a patch offline so that it works, or wait for our next
release.
Cheers,

I was having same problem with msconvert as described above (on
windows 7 64-bit). I installed MSfilereader and newest Proteowizard
package (to tpp-bin) as suggested. But now I receive a "Caught
Unknown Exception" error:
c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\msconvert -v --mzML -o c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/

The only way to mix 32-bit and 64-bit native code is via IPC:

interesting. So if you have the x86_64 build, it won't fall back to
using the system registered MSFileReader DLL (assuming msfilereader is
independently installed)?

Windows x86 (not x86_64) is what you want. The 64-bit builds don't have vendor
support (their DLLs are 32-bit). Direct link:

Hope this helps,

You should not need Bioworks.
Try an updated version of Proteowizard:
http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/download.html
Follow the "artifacts" link for windows x86_64
Will probably give you a login dialog, you can click on the "login as
guest" link right below the form. Download the file calle
