Did LMS Web UI prompt you to do the restart as you clicked Apply?
If no - then implies a browser problem.
If yes - then perhaps the LMS logs will show something ... perhaps a
failure to download the plugin by LMS in the background. SSL issue?

Don't worry too much about that error message ... it happens a lot
without any obvious side-effects (here at least).
Probably best to start a new thread with what you see as the problem
with your plugin(s) - and people can advise on what to do next to

Ummm ... looking at my log file entry ... that error was for one with
.mp4 extension.
Ignore what I said ... something else odd going on.
They are definitely playing on SB2 right now and have .mp4 extension.

I was also using Home/Music Folder - which perhaps had something to do
with results changing.
After first play I expect it auto-scanned it in ... then I renamed the
files and then refreshed the folder view ... so maybe it failed again
but scanned it in and then it worked.

Will need some more digging to understand why it did not work ... but I
think that capability comes from the included Audio::Scan module that is
written in C by AndyG. Perhaps it simply does not include the ability to
extract the per track info in this case.

I have certainly used browse by folder to access new music - before the
scan has run.
Playing it adds it to the library so can avoid doing a scan - although
there are some limitations I think (for example - am not sure that it
processes a .cue file that indexes into a big MP3 file).

I think that the first one is a "Now Playing" and the second is the
actual scrobble.
If you watch refresh your profile page on Last.fm you should see it
showing what you are listening to as the track starts .. but that is not
the scrobble.

I wonder if you could set up a "Group Player" called Crossfade and then
set the audio parameters for that to what you want ... and then on

I do use my LMS players in home automation and I even added a space (and
extra word) to make it easier.
For example ... I had LMS player called "Kitchen" but changed it to
"Kitchen Radio" to help distinguish it from lights in the kitchen.

Then edit test.cue in Notepad and remove all accented characters, commas
etc ... and make sure if refers to the file test.wav
Then ... tell LMS to scan for new and changed.
Then see if the new tracks appear ... and then try to play them.
Did you initiate another scan after you copied in the wav/cue ?
If your existing .cue files had no effect then you would not have seen
the individual track names.

If carlmart is playing the big wav file as a single track (ie the cue
file not appearing to have been processed to split it into individual
tracks) then it will not be possible to jump between the contained audio
tracks.
