Is it possible to do in Seamonkey? I remember in Outlook Express, you could select all the messages representing a binary file, and use an option called 'combine and download' or something. Can one do that in Seamonkey?

I know how to fix the problem [simple] but I'm wondering what would cause it. Vista Home Basic 64 bit did update and I had a message that I needed to restart to complete them but the quick launch icon was gone and was still gone after I rebooted. Why??? AFAIK Seamonkey still works fine.

You can only have one copy running at a time. In cases like yours there's typically something running that is identified as Seamonkey 1.1.18. The usual culprit is Seamonkey 1.1.18 quick launch. Disable that and reboot. Then if it still doesn't work look in Task Manager to see if anything
