Greetings, I was able to visit this computer today. The Mozilla crash detection had absolutely NO crashes reported. I saw that their mail settings WERE set to auto compact when it would save more than 1MB of space. Clearly, however, it was not auto compacting. I adjusted the setting to 5MB.
