Just mark up your commentary as if it were a Bible in OSIS, But instead
of the verse text use your comments. Then run it through osis2mod.
If a comment applies to a passage and not a single verse, it is a little

Are you using Sword for Windows aka bible cs?
If so I believe the version for downloading may still not be updated to
include all the strongs.
At least this summer it was still the old KJV from 2003 not completed.
Troy would know the answer to this.
