Hi: I have occasionally received emails with Excel attachments, but when I try to open them, I get all that Microsoft stuff about Microsoft Office. I know that Excel is part of all that, but is there a work-around? If not, what do I need to download? And how well will I be able to navagate

I did go back to southwest.com, and I figured it out, cause I had to have the pop up blocker turned on in internet explorer plus when I looked in my programs folder had to get rid of add blocker and even though I did have disabled it still got in the way when doing stuff with internet explorer

You do not need to be signed into TWC to do this.You can click on Local Channel Line-ups from the main page. . You will then be presented with their channel finder. You will find it pressing the heading command a few times. You can attempt to search for channels by letter, but you will see none
