Hi Andre,
Are you able to configure your anivirus software to exclude
the entire Window-Eyes program folder?
Perhaps this might solve the problem.

You can open File Explorer with Windows-E, or, Windows-R (run dialog),
type C: and hit ENTER. When you do so nothing will be selected. This is
what you want. So do not touch any arrow keys.
Open the context menu with either the Application key or Shift-F10.

A few days ago, Eudora stopped working. It said the certificate was not trusted

The most important thing to know is that you have to select items before
they can be acted upon, and this is done by pressing Enter..
After that, use tab and arrow keys to navigate, and the application key to
find the options to perform on the selected item.
