I am having a similar issue using the context key for anything in IE11. I am using Windows 7 however. I had been given a tip if I turned off my braille display, then it works. It does, but it is crazy to have to turn my braille display off/on all the time. Let us hope this gets resolved soon.

For accessing mails which have primarily been designed to read on the Web, rather than as plain text, if I tab from the open message, there is usually a file called something like text to HTML. If you press the applications key or right click on that, one of the menu options is open with.
