A nestacilo by, aby protokol umel stahnout vsechny polygony, ktere maji

À mon avis il ne faut pas mettre le tag maxspeed dans le cas de living_street,
cela doit être implicite. Ou alors faire maxspeed=FR:living_street

Je ne connaissais pas cette méthode pour maxspeed, c'est intéressant.
Par contre il faudrait mettre quelque part les valeurs par défaut suivant
les pays pour living_street (ainsi que pour rural/urban).
