¿Eso es legal? Hasta donde yo sé, hace falta acceder a Catastro con certificado digital y aceptar las condiciones de descarga para poder descargar los datos. Probablemente necesites usar un certificado CERES y directamente la aplicación se autentifique por ti, rellene el cuestionario y acepte

Sabía que tenía que haber explicado esto un poco más... Mi script genera un archivo CSV con los códigos y nombres de municipios que nos interesa descargar, y luego ese archivo CSV se lo paso a otro script de iMacros que es el que hace todo el trabajo. iMacros es un complemento de Firefox/Chrome/IE

A eso me refería. Te descargas una vez un fichero, rellenando la encuesta 1 vez, para que el script no tenga que rellenar la encuesta en las subsiguientes veces. Y con el certificado lo mismo. Solo hace falta aceptar el envío de certificado una vez por sesión. Si cerramos y abrimos otra vez el

Clonas nuestro repo y entonces tienes permisos de escritura en él (en tu clon). Cuando quieras que pongamos algo en el repositorio nos envías un pull-request con los cambios que quieras que pongamos, los revisamos (bueno, los revisa Ander que es el que tiene permisos :P ) y los aceptamos o
