On pourrait imaginer un dump régulier de taginfo que JOSM pourrait
récupérer pour signaler des tags inconnus ou très peu usités qu'on
vient d'ajouter à des données. Le validator pourrait s'en servir voir

Non, non. On peut créer des notes sans être inscrit (ce que veux dire le
texte suggest a correction).
Donc j'ai fait la qualification avec un highway=footway + ramp:wheelchair=yes
