Is there a good way to tag flats within a building so that it is clear the
flat numbers (e.g. 1-12) correspond with the building and not with the
street? These are two examples I'm struggling with:
A block of flats, 1-12 Honor Oak Mansions, sits on Underhill Road. The
block doesn't have a number

I've had a similar issue recently. I used to have a node
representing the exit to a block of flats and on the node I had
addr:housenumber=31-37 and also on the node addr:interpolation=odd

I've been experimenting with tracing buildings from OS StreetView and
surveys on foot. I'd previously added address info with simple interpolation
ways, but for various reasons it may be useful in my area to get every
building in.
I'm not sure how to add address information for blocks
