Did you try UNchecking the TO header, closing the bat, opening again and re
checking it? I had a similar problem and did SOMETHING like this to fix it. I
tried a few things and don't remember exactly what did it, but it is along the

What has being your previous version? I ask amit could have being outdated.
Try installing the current, then reinstall the latest msi and see if it
gets better.
