My server requires authentication for smtp, but does not allow cram-md5. (I assume that is a type of authentication.) I do not have MD5 checked under transport, but nonetheless in the log I can see that TB is trying to use 'software' cram-md5 authentication. Bottom line, I am unable to send ema
