Hi John Just for good measure, have you tried to envoke the menu from SHIFT+CTL+F and/or the Specials menu? SHIFT+CTRL+F does nothing either. To be honest I've never used this shortcut combination but it still does nothing. The 'Special' menu is displayed when you RH click on a message and
