I think this is a dumb question. But I am not able to figure out on how to
display only one tiddler at a time in TW5. Please can someone help me on

Thanks!

If you select the Tools tab on the sidebar menu and then select the
storyview check box, you will get a new button on the sidebar. Use this
to select zoomin mode.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I was trying to limit the number of words in a particular tiddler
trascluded into another tiddler. I am trying to merge Stephan's and Dave's
suggestions in one of the earlier posts and came up with the below.
$list filter=[list[Basics]limit[150]]span class=textboxwhite

Hi Roma,
It's great to see your creation for GTD on TW5. Do you have a roadmap for
Briefcase ?
I my personal opinion, it seems that Briefcase acts as a *dedicate GTD
tool*.
It's possible to use Briefcase as a sub-section of some TiddlyWiki file?
That is, one TiddlyWiki has it's own materials,
Hi,
I am not willing to stay with classic. having a proper file for each
tiddler is way better. I'll adapt. Besides, it seems that tw5 syntax is in
fact very like that of twc -- got to check it thoroughly but I won't have a
lot to code to adapt my content.
The fact that the tiddelers are now

I understood what you intended - show the first 150 words.
But of what? And what is the unexpected result? Maybe you can also upload

Hi Jean-Pierre,
It would be useful that you send us some snapshots of the issues you run
into. I copied and pasted your content into a TW5 tiddler, and besides the
fact that I had to add a blank line before the list in order to comply with
TW5 syntax, it looked perfectly OK (see snapshot
Hi Stephan,
I have a tiddler Basics which I am transcluding in another tiddler similar
to Notestorm. I just want only 150 words of Basics to be trascluded in the
main tiddler. I used your suggestion which you gave previously.
$list filter=[list[HelloThere!!text]limit[100]]currentTiddler

Thanks for the suggestion but still no luck.
In the end, because it is a small wiki, I dragged across tiddlers one by one
into TW5.1 until I found the culprit. It turned out to be a wiki text macro
with CSS in it - it wasn't important so I simply excluded it from the upgraded
wiki.
My final goal would be to have tweets like tiddlers showing sub topics for
a main topic and if you wish to enter the main topic then just go into the
link.

Shash

No, there's no intrinsic limit to the number of levels, although the
default theme only styles the entries up to level 4; we can increase that
if required.
tested today with 1.5.10 and the bug seems to be gone.
thank you all for your help.

in fact, the problem was/might be the tiddler was firs saved as twc syntax.
it got a twc type, and then correct new syntax was not doing fine. Once
copied/pasted on a new tiddler, the syntax was doing fine.
but the prolem reported on the beta was not seen after upgrade to 1.5.10.
