Thanks for the suggestions. I tried shutting down extensions and add-ons to FireFox. This seemed to address the problem. I'm not sure which add-on caused the problem, but I am suspicious of an add-on that snuck onto my computer from WildTangent. I'm still waiting to make sure this fix

Hi Jed I think you are onto something important here. You're right that the way that the core license appears at the moment gives it the apparent scope of the entire file, including the content. So, I'd agree that there's a potential issue here; we won't make things worse by not doing anything,
