Mark, I would think changing // to __ as an example is trivial. As long as one can reliable search and replace one markup for another in a set of search and replace steps you could build a macro for this purpose in NotePadd++ and run it against material constructed in TiddlyWiki mark(down).

Hello. I was running on 5.1.13 and decided to upgrade my server to 5.1.15 after testing it for a bit. Unfortunately since the upgrade it has become mostly unusable. I can open my TW fine but when used, most functions return a javascript error. Even only opening the TW yield errors.

Can I suggest that building a button, with a list that selects the desired tiddlers and actions (Tag Delete etc...) is a useful skill to develop so you can throw together a tool to action large sets of tiddlers. Since the filters can be quite sophisticated you can bulk action almost anything.
