Hi,
This is probably not possible but I thought I'd check to be sure.
Linking tiddler1 to tiddler2 like this [[tiddler2]] means that if I
subsequently change the title of tiddler2, the link will be broken.
Is there any way round this?
Thanks, Jon.

You received this message because you
tiddler to another other than through the title. I suspect the answer
is probably no.

Ah, partially answered the time stamp. I needed to refresh the file for the
changes to appear. However, instead of the time a 1 is displayed...?

What would really help is a link to the wiki you have problems with.

Hi,
I haven't needed to use the Type and Field options for new tiddlers and
so I was wondering if it would be possible to toggle their display on and
off (similar to Ton's left and right menus) in order to reduce the visual
clutter.
Thanks

Thanks, Danielo. I'm very new to TW5 and I'm only at the copy and pasting

Thanks, Ton but I can't follow the instructions.
I know how to display tag pills in a tiddler, but is it possible to show
the tag as a menu or sub menu item, i.e. as part of the menu list?
If so, I don't know how to do that.

Hi Jon,
Try:
{{tagname||$:/core/ui/TagTemplate}}
You get a dropdown menu 'tagname' which contains all tiddlers tagged with
'tagname'.

Hi Ton,
Please let me know when you get fed up of this thread!
When I try to implement this, the tag name documentation or my equivalent

Hi Alberto,
that's just what I was after. I pasted it in the same place you'd suggested
earlier for the search bar improvement and it shows the tags below the
search bar.
This would be perfect except it makes the search slower.
Is that unavoidable?

Hi Alberto,
thanks for your replies. I tried copying the contents of your tiddler from
http://tesis.tiddlyspot.com/ but for some reason, the ability to search
tags didn't work in mine...?
This is the content of my tiddler. It searches tags but not text within
tiddlers.
