For what it's worth:
A TiddlyWiki document is simply downloaded to the browser of the user,
it has no interaction whatsoever with the website on which it is
hosted.

Ah but the UI still selects those tiddlers by default and when yo

from what I've seen there are only two ways to call a macro.

So you are adding the macro call to [[SiteTitle]]?
Wouldn't it be more appropriate to add a new to the [[PageTemplate]]?
Getting the widget to hover above other things would require you to

The reason the internet community has not been able to agree on a wiki
text format is because MediaWiki has chosen such stupid markup for
bold and italics. (Well there are probably a lot of other reasons but
this is self-apparent). Everyone else has come to adopt the following
convention:
- *bold*
Okay it's good to know that there is the option of staying with
wikitext and also the option of having dual wysiwyg/html.
So the choice will have to be made on a per-tiddler basis.
What I am concerned with is that plugins that traverse or use wikitext

TiddlyWiki version 5 (a complete overhaul of the architecture of TW)

Heya,
I noticed a peculiarity with the themeing system.
By default, config.options.txtTheme is set to an empty string or is
undefined. When this is so, the system look for a stylesheet in the

One other thing:

Thank you both.
I've taken a look at Shulman's solution, his BookmarkList (simple

Right, thanks. Much less complex, but of course there's a downside to
