I am a frequency nut, as opposed to a time nut. There may be some correlation
between the two subjects! 😄
I will be at Horror Arena this weekend, too. Would be fun to meet the gang.

There is what looks like a decent carrier board for Ublox modules on

HI Bob...
Thanks for the tip. Have been down that road with this one and it didn't fix
it. I think someone may have deliberately disabled the internal timebase to
prevent users from having anything but the house standard in play.

The TV show is tomorrow, Wednesday evening. 8/9 PM, or something like that.

Hi,
Thanks for all the suggestions for the ski but I still have drawn a blank.
However I was able to get a large amount of similar data of of Dider's web site.
And thanks Charles for your phase noise postings. More for me to learn.

Does not have the basic internal timebase or doesn't have the OCXO timebase?
I have one in which I put an OCXO and required snipping/removing a
jumper on the main board to disconnect the onboard timebase.
Perhaps some where sold with OCXO only and never had an onboard timebase
on the main boa

Hi,
I know this is a for sale post, but there's a jumper that needs to be there to

For some reason it did not have an internal timebase when I got it, and

I've heard some anecdotal comments that performance has degraded - can

Hi
Take a careful look at the specs on the SA.31M before you buy one. It
may or may not be what you are looking for in terms of stability and
temperature range.
We do live in a “no free lunch” sort of world. There will always be
tradeoffs in any design. It’s an amazing part, they did a lot in

Hi,
Well, John Kipling who was the program champion for it at NIST got his
award during the IFCS conference. He managed to convince people and also
not back down from goals. It is certainly being looked at continuation
