KRISSY,
I WOULD NOT DISMISS HIM YET.
ITS HARD TO CHANGE DOCTORS WHO YOU HAD FROM YOUR ONSET ESPECIALLY
NEUROLOGISTS. OR NEUROS..WHERE I LIVE YOU CAN ASK FOR A EXTENDED APPOINTMENT
INSTEAD THE STANDARD ONE THEY GIVE YOU. WHEN I HAVE MORE THINGS I WANT TO
DISCUSS I ASK FOR THE EXTENDED
BARBARA, I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH YOU PAY FOR YOUR PHONE BILLS. HERE I
HAVE WHATS CALLED COMPLETE CHOICE FROM BELL SOUTH . IT HAS EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE
DSL FAST DIAL UP, IN THE PLAN. I PAY LESS THAN 70 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR ALL THE
THINGS YOU MENTIONED.
I AM NOW WAITING FOR THE DSL FASTER
Krissy,
I think you and I are seeing the same guy!
I thought I had mine figured out but just this week I got a call from him that
made me furious. I had another MRI on 7/31. I called 4 times for
results and no one would call me back. Then on Monday he finally calls and is
very abrupt. He
"Common sense is not as common as it
really ought to be."
That is so true! Thanks for a new favorite
saying.
I didn't know they threw out MRIs after 7 years. That means
mine is gone, too. :-( That's a good reminder to get copies of all pertinent
medical records.

Hi Natalie and Sharon,I have a MS dx and I have no brain lesions. I have three lesions in spine. Two which are new Feb this year. I saw Dr. Kerr back in the fall of 2000 and he gave me the MS dx also. Hope this info helps and doesn't make things even more confusing.Have a wonderful day!
I had really bad vibratons with my new leisions. The Dr. put me on an anti-seizure drug ( so sorry I can't remember the name)but it worked really well. Good luck with the vibrations...it made me CRAZY!!! They went from my mid back where one of the new leisions is all the way down to the bottom of
I have lesions in my brain but none on my spine. So how could I have a dx of TM in the beginning? I guess the big attack I had was best explained away as TM. I have a friend who was also first dxed with TM and then MS and now she's wondering if she reallyhas MS at all.

I've been away and did not realize that Jude was no longer posting. I
do hope she is okay.

passing this on from my TM forum in the new england area...K.Hi there, My husband has just been informed that we are going to be relocated to Portland, Maine from Toronto, Canada. It will probably not be for several months, possibly as long as a year but now we know that this is our destination,
I NEVER HEARD OF THROWING AWAY MRIS . MY HOSPITAL STILL HAS ALL OF MINE
FROM 14 YEARS TO COMPARE THEM TO.
IT MAKES NO SENSE TO THROW THEM AWAY WHEN THEY CAN BE OF SUCH A HELP. I AM
GLAD MY HOSPITAL DOES NOT HAVE THAT POLICY.
I THINK I WOULD ASK FOR MINE TO KEEP, THEY ARE YOURS AND YOU PAID

I think the seven year pitch is my
hospital's policy. It may not be universal. I asked if I could come and
get them and they said no. I can get a copy of the CD or a copy of the films at
8 bucks a sheet. But, the can gets the original. I am thinking I have to
appeal to the hosp board of
