Thank you Jeanne,
Your message was great.? I have told people so many times.? Now, they have so
many different anti depressants and if one does not work for you, talk to your
doctor and get another one? Do not suffer one more minute! But people still

There is another option you may want to check into, I know there is a company
out there that does vitamin D in a liquid form that you rub on your chest
every day.

OUR LOCAL T.V. STATION MENTIONED LAST NIGHT THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT ENTERED YOUR
PHONES IN THE NO CALL REGISTERY YOU SHOULDL DO IT RIGHT AWAY. EVEN IF YOUR
PHONE NUMBER IS NOT DUE TO EXPIRE SOON, YOU SHOULDL DO IT AGAIN JUST TO BE
SURE. THAT INCLUDED ANY LAND LINE YOU HAVE AND CELL PHONES. I

I am continuing to feel better. Now that I look back I can see that
I have been Improving for about a month even though I'm passed the 2

Hi friends,
Does anyone find it difficult to normalize your blood pressure (high BP
in my case),
and know if TM causes any of the difficulty?
I'm taking Lopressor and Vasotec for high BP. I will be calling my doc
about this
soon also. Other meds are Xanax and Bayer 81mg aspirin/daily.
Hi Kevin,
This is also Kevin...funny you mention about the blood pressure...and I
know my answer won't answer your question, but a few months ago my
blood pressure was running high (for me) even though it was still in
the normal range. It would run 135/80 which was higher that what mine ever was.
Mindy,
Please do let us know how it goes. I take 60mg. of cymbalta every day... I
would like to get off of it. My initial reason for getting on cymbalta was
for the pain... I thought it wasn't very effective as an anti-depressant???
That's what my neuro told me... Thanks for sharing!!
Trudy
I think Jeanne hit it when she said the frustration level with this disease was
so high it could cause depression. Even if you find a doctor that knows
something about TM, there isn't that much they can do for us. They try to
give us the right meds for our problems, either physical or
Rob also let me know about the MP3 unerwater player and I LOVE MINE!! I got mine from from Amazon and have nothing but good things to say about swimming with music!
