Music Folder just fine via USB, they are all there in exactly the
location and order of my files.
In fact, this is how many listen to a newly added album/song without
even having to rescan. They appear almost instantly upon
+1 for Toby Ten. It works. Documentation is poor but the equipment
works. Perhaps if you put up how you are trying to use the Touch others
can help you work out your issues-operating system, SBS version, album
art size etc. I used my Touch w an external HDD directly attached for
about 6 months
