Use MP3tag to look at the extended tags.
If you're using FLAC then you may have an ALBUMARTIST tag set which
won't show on the main page as that defaults to ALBUM ARTIST, and would
be treated as two different tags by SBS.
It looks most likely as if you've got a Surname, Firstname tag in one
tag
While connected to mysb.com I accidentally upgraded my Touch to 7.6 (was
going to skip it for a while). So far, though, TinySBS/TinySC has
worked ok with my USB drive. I have the bug where the screen turns on
randomly, but so far that's all I've noticed...

I would like to hear more about this. It would seem strange to have a
volume control that functioned like this?

Why?..
I like to set the SBT volume at about 50% and then I can use my laptop
as a remote control on my Audio system. If I set it at 100%, I can not
turn the volume up.
I have a very high-end tube audio sys

I would avoid using mysb.com directly and only use it via the local
server. There is a settings sync option in t
Hope someone can help me with this problem.
I have 2 squeezebox touches, 1 upstairs (US) and one downstairs (DS), I
also have squeezebox controller installed on an Android phone.
The problem is that I can only seem to get one of the squeezeboxes (DS)
to 'register' and therefore only one of them

I don't know if this is any help for you, but since upgrading to 7.6 on
my iMac (10.7 Lion) I've found that any AIFF files in Itunes(10.4) will
not display art. Converting those files to Apple Lossless solved t
Make sure you have the Touch volume set / locked to 100%.
And then do yourself a favour : completely ignore all suggestions of
tweakery. If you've got SBS 7.6.0 working without any problems, just
enjoy the music !

This is true. Even with a directly-connected USB drive, if the
internet fails (e.g. router becomes disconnected) then the Touch stops
working. I used to turn my router off at night, but then I found that

Could some kind person expllain how podcasts are supposed to work on the
Touch?
As far as I see the only way to get them to play is to go to the web ui
and select them there - the Touch then springs into life.
Is there no way o select and play from the Touch itself?
Is this a design feature? a

I operate a SB Touch in standalone mode, and together with my DACMagic I
love it.
However, one thing that annoys me is the fact that my personal tagging
system seems to be supplemented with tags that the Touch finds on-line.
I like to tag the artist names as "surname, first name" (e.g. Dylan,

Not for me. I add new music (with covers) to my directly-connected
drive every few days, and it always picks up the covers without having
to do a clear-and-rescan.
If it is any consolation, I USED to have loads of problems with my USB
drive ("unexpectedly stopped" messages, very slow response times, music
stuttering on playback). Now I have no issues at all since I learned to
follow these simple rules.
1. Remove all non-music files from your drive (except
