Test case 2 is the one you should be trying. When you select it you will
get a screen that says 1 of 6 and has a three line menu, A, B and report
results. At this point play some music (you probably will need to do a
swipe on the screen to get out of the app). Listen to whatever music

Network issues cause more problems than people realze w Squeezebox

Glad you got your setup running the way you like.

Thanks for the replies.
I think the re-buffering was being caused by an internet "hiccup".
When I sat down in front of my PC I couldn't access any internet pages
or my emails so I powered down my modem for a few minutes and then
re-started it.
The SB is currently playing 24/192 flac files and,

Have just set up my SBT to my Denon AVR-1912 via RCA to enable me to
listen to CD collection which has been ripped to flac and saved in a

It's a wireless connection.
I have 2 questions which I hope you more experienced people can

Yes, the dac is off for the night.

from Logitech, neither kernel #1 nor kernel #2 installed, and it seems

There are two sets of tests:
Audio Tests #1
Audio Tests #2
Tests #1 has 3 cases in it and is to familarise you with the test
process - it is unlikely that you will detect any difference betwee

It can only be "fixed" with changes to the core logitech code, w

Touch if the DAC is turned off and then on later? Has seemed that way
to me. Is this something that can be "fixed"?

if you wanted to connect the Touch to the laptop wirelessly without
going through the router, you can do it. You need to create an ad hoc
network through the network and connections facility (in Win7 at
least). Name it something meaningful, like "Touch". If the Touch is
already connected to the
