Hello everybody,
I am using the Touch with an external DAC. The DAC must be connected to
the Touch using its USB input (don't ask why). So I installed Triode's
EDO plugin. Also I have to run the local server (again don't ask why)
feeding music from an attached 2.5" USB drive. I bought a USB hub, t

This weekend I installed EDO. To see if I could check if the ODAC works
with the touch.
I had tt3.0 installed and had some problems with the sound being
intermittent.
Restored factory settings did an update and then installed EDO again.
Works like a charm.

So all you want to use with Last.fm + SqueezeBox is the scrobbling
feature, correct? Cuz Last.fm free accounts cannot stream stations on
SqueezeBox or any other hardware device except a computer running the
Last.fm player..

My touch, when it's working is great. At the moment however it is going
through one of it's tempramental stages when it becomes infuriating.
Apparently at random my controller fails to see the touch and connect
with it making the whole thing useless. What makes the whole thing defy
logic is that

also make sure your TOUCH is connected do your local LMS (and not
directly to mysqueezebox.com instead). As the controllers are trying to
talk to your local LM

so, just to clarify, does this app allow the Touch to playback 192 files
via its analog outputs or does it simply allow the Touch's digital out
to send out 192?
Another (silly) ?, where do I download this app from?

You might also want to experiment w router placement. My PC and router
are on the 2nd floor and there is a Touch on the 1st floor as well as in
the basement. I origonally had my router on a table near the PC. I then
put it on the floor which improved things but I still had dropouts. I

Right I've switched channels to something less congested - so fingers
crossed. I have yet to try your second point but I'm starting to worry
that I havent a clue what you are talking about - lol.
On another point I'm getting a lot of '502 bad gateway' messages when
I'm trying to listen to tracks
