I'm always on the look out for the next thing. I love my SBT/VBA combo
but worry about obselesnce or my SBT dying. Everytime I read a review
about a digital streamer/music server I'm thinking this is the answer,
but then I see the expensive price tag.
Maybe later versions of the PONO will stream

see here for others reporting Pandora problems. I tried to replicate
but have not seen the pandora problem. But I'm not using the Pandora
Premium (and most reporting the problem are). I'm in the eastern US if
that matters.

Thanks for the responses. Mnyb, is the bug in the link you provided
fixed in my current software (7.7.3) or is it yet to be released? It was
difficult to tell by the last post in that thread.
So far it hasn't lost the connection to the server but I have a new
issue with Pandora. It will start to
One of the underlying bugs for this is also finally solved .

if it could be used as an USB dac you could salvage the investment as a
good usb/dac headphone amp .
As the music is going to be flac files that ou can use everywhere , I've
asked pono team if you can join the music store without a player .
Ands I also asked about the quality controll , no answe
The dumbed down bit about downloading material should make it a hit.
Several million iTunes store users have proved this point.
As for format, none of us here have any idea about which format to
download material in, have we? ;)
The rest of it is going to depend on the interfacing capability - I'
As much as I love Neil Young's music, this pono thing just makes me sad.
It's so full of FUD type audiophool nonsense that, as Neil Young would
say, "it hurts my ears". It turns out that at least it is not going to
be some magical new format as initially reported. Instead, they are
going to have a
I've seen quite a few articles on PONO, this interview in TAS answers a
lot of questions I and others have had.

oops,
Just connected with your comment that the URL I posted was a shoutcast
URL. Thank you, I now see the problem.
Most of the sites promoting the URL have incorrectly used the Shoutcast
URL as a link. I have located the correct one and is now working fine.
Thanks again
Chris
Thanks all for replying Toby and Stratmangler.
Its a Squeezebox Touch, and the URL worked fine until the firmware
update the other week. That URL ( http://72.26.207.67:8014/ ) has been
commonly promoted throughout this forum as well as others, and worked
fine for over a year. I suspect Naim hav

Does the IR Blaster plugin work with SB Touch. Reading the
SqueezeboxWiki one get the impression that it should work with the
limitation that only NEC and RC5 blasting is supported.

Which SB player do you have? Are you connecting directly to MySB.com or
are you using a local LMS server?
Using ShoutCast I see a Radio Paradise 320k stream but it is listed as
AAC format. If this is correct and is what you are trying to play,
older players can't play this format natively (i.e.
