The repositories hosts not only pre-compiled packages but their sources too (deb-src). You just need to enable those repositories (from /etc/apt/sources.list). The NetInstall is, I believe, the metapackages trisquel-base and trisquel-base-recommended (and, obviously, their dependences).

I recommend using Kontalk [1] instead. It's also available on F-Droid [2]. The only problem is that it asks for your cellphone number when setting it up for the first time. As far as I know, the number is used to check whether the cellphone using Kontalk is the same one which receives the code.

The first problem is because you run abrowser as root, which is a very bad idea. Spammers often use proxies. No idea how proxychains works.

I'm pretty sure the first answer is all that's needed: apt-get install abrowser. Anyway, try Lynx as well (apt-get install lynx).
