I am noticing that the kernel on trisquel is a bit outdated, does anyone know
how to update to the latest version while compiling from source? I believe
this is the list of kernels we have out there:

Hey you guys helped me out with my previous wireless driver, so I was hoping
that you guys could help me out with installing the driver on my AR5B91
inside my trisquel 6.0.1 installation, any help would be appreciated!

How come?

Any suggestions for buying a laptop. I want something that works fine
with Trisquel and similar OS. On H-Node there are only about 10 ones
suggested, all of which are deemed not suitable for my needs (by my
brother).
I recently bought a laptop/netbook (not sure what your needs
Pretty sweet!
Thanks to place your question about upgrading kernell BrighamKeys!
And for answer Gnu and a big thanks for jxself. I followed the guide and now

I noticed that the image from grub is improved and now it is clear-cut.

Ah! Great.
Thanks for sharing.
Having been sick, I missed that edition of The Alex Jones Show.
For those of you who don't know it, this radio show currently has *3 million
listeners*, every day (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9laOjPe30J0). And, also
a world-wide freedom-loving audience.
Always responsive website makes your business success, it will very helpful
for getting more number of customers in your business. So we should take care
while hiring the website designing services.

Why has RMS done so many interviews with Alex Jones, anyway?
That's cool. How good is VP9, anyway, compared to the patented codecs people
usually use? I know VP8 is pretty good, but not as good as h.264.
It should probably work out of the box. One of two things. Either the system
has an on/off button (check the special function keys at the top; they are
F1-F12, press FN + the one with a wifi symbol to turn on/off) or a physical
on/off switch somewhere on the laptop. This or the on/off button
Not sure at this time. I haven't seriously looked into it. The reason we are
still on 2.0 is because most of the bluetooth adapters are of poor quality,
etc. If I feel we can do something newer we'll probably do it though.
I found this:

I found this comparison between h264 and vp9:

I can think of a number of people who have contributed over the past year. A
lot of them were just persistent. Ruben still did all the real work (ie not
everybody mind you, some I think did some work) so to say you can't make a
difference is ridicules. I believe Ruben's on IRC all the time
That's not what I was saying at all. The problems with the other piece of
hardware. If your USB ports don't have power to them you can't blame the
device your sticking in.
Second there have been other issues with the USB controller drivers
containing bugs. There was a long standing issue
If you can't make it in person, watch the video stream. Program takes place
on both days between 13:45 and 22.45 UTC.

I recommend downloading TeXLive from http://tug.org/texlive. The version in
the repos is already 5 years old.
That's because the Parabola website uses CAcert certificates, which are not
installed by default in Abrowser. You might want to read the http home page.
The only thing i've noticed with my TPE-N150USB bought from Thinkpenguin.com,
is that it has a harder time connecting to the access point of my router.
Sometimes i need to bring it closer in order to have it connected.
It works decently for downloading web pages, and youtube-dll videos as well
With Penguin laptops, wont there be an issue that if you use the battery all
the time, like charge/discharge once every second day, it will be impossible
to get a replacement battery?
Also, only one model has a UK keyboard, and that model is too physicially
large for me.
If I just go onto a shopping website, and click on the laptop you suggested,
and buy it, is it likely the wireless card might just be a different one? If
it is a miniPCI one, the manufacturer may have a policy of fitting the
cheapest one they can obtain that is to the specification.
None
The one I have is very old, 2003 or something. If I go onto Youtube or
similar, and open another tab, the browser would probabaly crash, and the
internal wireless card does not work. I got an external one, but people at
school seem to think it is funny to constantly disconnect it and throw
Is the X60 (from Gluglug) too big too? I don't see a keyboard option on the
Gluglug site, but from a quick search it looks like there are UK keyboards
for it that you can get elsewhere.
Will be the stream in webm?

not as good as h.264
Beware people spreading falsehoods.
Well, that's what VP8's quality is like as far as what I've read suggests.
You did see that this statement is about VP8 and not VP9, right?

As someone who listens (a lot) to what both authors have to say, and that
knows their ideals very well, I can say that, that is pretty much it. :)
