Yes- Like LibreWRT LibreCMC has taken OpenWRT and ripped out a ton of code.
At the moment that's about all it is. However if there is demand and people
contributing there is a lot of potential for the router and other devices or
types of devices. Particularly ones that are freedom-oriented.
It is believed that there may be some software patent issues related to Mono,
so the general advice is to avoid using it where possible.
I suppose EME could be used by free software to circumvent EME, wouldn't make
it much different than copyleft in that case haha.

Not really solved perfectly but it'll do for now I guess until Trisquel 7 is

I'm hoping the Trusty enablement pack might fix the issue but I don't know.

IIRC, EME support is not necessarily non-free. Of course, the purpose of EME
is to allow DRM integration, but this is not something technically defined by
EME itself, i.e. it is /possible/ for free EME plugins.
A better way to solve this issue might be to stop Trisquel web browsers from

I just have a cheap router but liberating my router is my next goal after my

this something different?

I have a question regarding Chromium. As I develop a few websites and whatnot

You can tether via Bluetooth, Wifi and USB, however I'm not sure how easy USB
tethering would be with most devices as I'm not sure if the drivers are
available. Wifi should work though if the device supports it.
I thought I'd also mention that one of the original and lead developers
(ex-developers) of LibreWRT founded LibreCMC and is also our CTO. If that

the project is to keep it up to date (more bleeding edge). Something
LibreWRT only supports one? or maybe two older routers that aren't available
on the market.
The *key* thing here is this router ships with 100% free software, will be

commercially available. No other commercially available router on the market
ships with or runs a 100% free OS right now. If we get LibreCMC off the
