I posted over in the Tweety thingy that my late mother used to say that
Gone With The Wind wasn’t an especially good movie, but it sold well
because it was a long movie, which meant teenage movie-goers had more time
to make out in the balcony.

Something Conan O’Brian has discussed in multiple interviews the last
couple of years is the legacy (specifically the lack thereof) of the media
and of people in the media. We are already to the point where the films and
stars of Hollywood’s golden age are being forgotten. Historians and film

"Gone With The Wind" has caused more damage than any film in history. It's
