I found the problem, I had an old version of locallang.xml
There was only label index=evalErrors_captchaInvalide!/label
But we need this line for sr_freecap
label index=evalErrors_freecapCaptcha invalide!/label
So yeah, fixed.

there is definitly the tx_activity_institution field.
In the documentation they tell me to do this
###TCA_INPUT_tx_activity_instituion### but it doesn't show any checkboxes,
that's why I changed it to those 4 lines.

Hmh I'm fixed the confirmation link problem, I did this :
The confirmation link does not work. It shows just the site url www.mydomain
without any parameters needed to confirm the registration on the confirmation
page.Solution:You have set access restrictions on the page for the confirmation
on the login box. Does it seem correct to you?
But it's not working on the login form present on mysite.com/conexion.(pid : 20)

I found a solution : I took the source code from the old website where the
plugin newloginbox existed.
It inspired me to modify the .html of felogin.
Now I have something like my old newloginbox.

Firstly, I'm crap at english so I hope you'll understand my issue.
After I made an upgrade of an old typo3 website ( 4.1 - 4.5 ), all my
frontend plugins ( sr_feuser_register, etc...) don't render in the
front-end.
If I insert any FE plugin via the backend, it doesnt show up in the FE
and add it manually by editing the whole template record?
Or should I modify the table of the database?

I understand your advice, otherwise, I fully uninstalled sr_feuser_register 1.4.1 before installing the 3.0.1 version. I should have a brand new template specially for sr_feuser_register 3.0.1.
Anyway, maybe you are right, maybe I should simply try to upgrade 1.4.1 to 3.0.1 and see
