Since we're adding the ability to access static UBI volumes as block
devices, it is no longer an error to use the "ubi" ifname with UBIFS
unmounted.
Ideally, the access to UBIFS should instead be called "ubifs" but it
would break backwards compatibility to change this. Instead, use the
UBIFS mount

A UBI uclass and driver are introduced, and a "ubi0" virtual device

k3-j7200-common-proc-board.dts instead of k3-j7200-som-p0.dtsi. This
allows us to trim down the r5 file considerably by using existing
properties
- remove pimux nodes from r5 file
- remove duplicate nod

It is better to place clk_enable() in phy_meson_g12a_usb2_init()
and clk_disable() in phy_meson_g12a_usb2_exit().

This patch adds reset support for the Amlogic A1 family.
We add the structure meson_reset_drvdata, which in the future
will allow this driver to be used for other families by declaring
only the correct parameters reg_count and level_offset.

When assigned-clocks/assigned-clock-rates is defined U-Boot DM core finds
out leaf which is registered via clk_register().
But new clock doesn't have information about channel which is stored in
private data. That's why copy parents private data (channel only now) to
all childs.
It will fix the iss
