Hey, I think you have to use the Page Setup or Print Setup option from
the File menu. It's an old bug; the page setup in the print dialog doesn't
work, only the one in the file menu does.

If you access address bar via shortcut (Ctrl + D), and then change your
mind or remember you have the page in your bookmarks and press the
shortcut for any other menu (Alt+M, for example) it will render the menu
bar unusable unless you click somewhere in the page

Have you filed a bug upstream ?
I'm looking forward to seeing this bug fixed as it would make lots of people
able to run their games 'out-of-the-box' (i.e. without no-cd patch).
But be warned : linus hates changing values that worked for years by
some magical ones.
