have no idea how to do it. I do not use any phone as a modem. I use
public wlans (or hotel's free wlan) on the road, sorry for that.

You know, 64 Studio 3.0 Beta 3 does not install PulseAudio by default.
And it is based on Hardy. But it is very audio production centered, as
we all know.

well on my laptop with AudioFire4.

And I can always build Ardour2/Audacity/Kino/etc from source, because I
have very solid base - Ubuntu 8.04 LTS.
