Depends on the translation freeze deadline but I would say it should
have been included if it was translated 2 months before the release.
Since Linux Mint doesn't publish daily builds it is hard to say if it is
fixed or not. On the other hand I didn't find any similar string in Mint
slideshows.
Actually the German LanguagePackUpdate has been released a few days ago.
But basically the whole testing and signoff process was skipped.
