construct your own events in /etc/event.d without taking those provided
by the distribution.

This is fixed for me with Edgy RC on HP nw8240 (ATI FireGL V5000 PCIE).
Desktop CD works, but is starts in 1024x768 mode (instead of 1920x1200),
while Alternate CD asks for resolution and then works correctly.

I realized why this happens now. When the html file is local, the local
mime properties determines which application opens the file. So if
select an .html file in nautilus, select preferences-Open_with, then
select epiphany, then fie:/// urls are then opened by epiphany.

I downloaded the latest version 6 Ubuntu Dapper Drake last week.
I installed on AMD K6-2 500Mhz 380Mb RAM.
It installed fine to a clean empty drive.
It rebooted fine
I tried to enter username. The username box was not easy to click and kept
in front of

It would be nice because it prevents speech users and on-screen keyboard
users from loosing focus when gksu pops up.
However it's not crucial because we now have a tick box in gnome-at-
prefs to set this.

the Edgy RC1 cd?
If you do, then could you please be more verbose, listing the output of lspci,
and explaining what hardware you use, what you do to reproduce the bug etc?
