openvpn is successfully started. I installed openvpn on a machine in my
local network and after staring openvpn I could ping the vpn IP but not

Just a note, I have a Toshiba A135 laptop. I just upgraded to Ubuntu
7.04. After rebooting from the upgrade I lost sound. Previously I
would only lose sound when I suspended the system. After the upgrade
there was no sound. I used the above solution:
edit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base and add "op
Should this not be added to the documentation or automated? It seems to
me that it is a fatal flaw if it isn't advertised or documented.
Certainly I didn't see the answer and I'm not a complete newbie.
