I can confirm this on an nvidia geforce 4 mx 440, proprietary driver

I would personally prefer to have update intervals that are smaller than
the global default interval be overridden by the global default
interval. That way you would never have a feed with a smaller update
interval than the default one unless you specifically tell liferea to do
I still can't effectively predict when I'll get the error. It's not as
often as every other reboot but it still happens on occasion. The only
error I've seen is once I received an error from the Gnome settings
daemon "invalid settings" (or maybe it was conflicting settings).

Chris: I wonder if it has something to do with the fact you're using
twinview. I'm planning to test this myself when I get a chance. Anyone

I happily worked on glom with Ubuntu 7.04 until when i upgraded to 7.10M; since
then it crashes when it starts and on console it says:

glom: error while loading shared libraries: libgnomecanvasmm-2.6.so.1: cannot
open shared object fil
I have this in the printer options : go to File -> Print, select your
printer, and select the "Paper" tab; one of the dropdown menus is named
"Page Orientation" and you can select landscape. (I'm not sure about the
names, I translated them from my locale.)

i have the similar problem.
after i have installed ubuntu7.10,i run "sudo apt-get install sun-java6-jre "
when all required has been download, the program automatically install
sun-java6-jre and
i got a license,and i made a mistake to close the program
then i run " sudo apt-get install sun-java6
I downloaded the 3.0.0-3 source package (.orig.tar.gz, .dsc and
.diff.gz) from http://packages.debian.org/sid/stardict , built the
packages at Gutsy (amd64) and now I can use the float window. The last
Debian package includes patches written by the upstream author of
stardict before the release of

On Web sites that have a syndication feed available, Firefox displays a
button on the right side of the location bar. When clicked, it is
supposed to load the feed , and provide an option to subscribe to it.
On some sites, Firefox garbles the URL
This problem occurs on my system. At first when I upgraded from 7.04 to
7.10 mounting my windows disk worked (just double clicked on the drive
icon in nautilus). However now it does not work. I do not have evms
installed so it can't be related to that.
What's worse is the way NTFS-3g is integra
I just installed the backports and certainly something new has happend.
The new .asoundrc.asoundconf file seems promising, however this is the
error that I get when trying to run alsamixer:
