I heard the new Ibex login sound the first few times I logged in. Every
time I log in the crash with the login sound message pops up. I now
hear the old login sound each time. I disabled the "gnome Login Sound"
startup in the Sessions Preferences. This stopped the crash message
from popping up.

I have the same bug on Hardy. Using single monitor. NVidia driver version 177.
Clicking the "Leave Full Screen" button does nothing except make the button
react as normal.
In the view menu, the "full screen" option is greyed out.
This happens as soon as you either open Totem from Applications/So
