proprietary driver with an Geforce 8500 GT graphic card.
Flash videos run all slow when fullscreened.

Ok, seems this issue has been fixed, which leads me to believe that your
user was created prior to the fix going into lucid. The fix to not add

The only way I can boot is if I hold shift to get the Grub menu and edit the
boot commands by replacing quiet splash by nomodeset, otherwise it freezes at

I have a clean Ubuntu installation with all updates up to date. When i
try to "add" the new Facebook account i can reach Facebook logon page
but it will not add the new one. I don't have any other account on the
others social sites.

On Karmic, upgrading from kernel 2.6.31-21 to the recently available
2.6.31-22 causes the bug to appear in Karmic as well.
I also confirm that this happens in the latest Fedora 13 (Live CD), so
it appears to be an upstream bug.
