Just a quick follow up, that didn't fix it. It went away for a bit,
then magically came back. The solution seemed to be to add networking
to init.d startup directories before haproxy:-
update-rc.d networking start 35 2 3 4 5 .
Like I said, the solution is probably to create a proper upstart
I tested it from maverick proposed and get unexpected behaviour. Then i
review my patch and found my mistake to the patch...
In advanced mode, the value in adriver item should be valuated but in
my patch easyariver is still valuated (at 21st line in previous

Confirmed, I'm able to get the same crash by plugging in a 3g dongle
before starting nm-applet. It doesn't apply to plugging in a device if
nm-applet is already started, and AFAIK, it would also crash in the
cases of both GSM and CDMA devices, working on a fix.

I tried to compile 64-bit wine from git, install and run a simple program
