I cleared all the account I put in gwibber, and then select Quit (not
close) from Gwibber, then re-run Gwibber, fill all necessary details,
then I sent a status, but the "is" thing still there in my status.

I've tested two cards. GeForce 6200 TurboCache runs perfectly with the
260.19.06 driver, but I had no luck with a brand new GeForce GT 240 -
black screen / system hangs when starting X. Unfortunately that card

Our celebration appears to have been premature. My SD card now appears
to work immediately after booting, however, it then will stop working at

I get these values from speedtest.net. My download speed from my ISP is
25 Mbit/sec and that is what I get when I use my self compiled rt2870,
but when I use this new rt2800 it is pending between full and very low
download speed, and even dies from time to time (which I solve by
reloading pages).
I learned 3 things...
1] Try the live CD before installing.
2] Check if the basic hardware is working from the live cd.
3] If yes go ahead installing it, if not then don't install.
Only trust the Ubuntu LTS versions.

I think the behaviour is correct as designed - the app name is being
displayed in the panel when windows are not maximised, and the window
title is being displayed on the window itself. The menu in the panel is
the menu for the window that has the focus.

I think it would be a valid design choice to have more of the launchers
in specific locations. But for the moment, we are taking a different
approach, in that we're letting people move the launchers around freely
(except for Trash). We can re-evaluate this in a future release.

Alright, it seems to have passed a fairly good test. I had it go into
suspend mode last night around 12AM, it's now 7:12AM and the laptop
successfully, and just as quickly came out of suspend as it should.
(Before, long suspend times seemed to almost guarantee a failure in
awakening.)
