commands, where /natty points to my natty installation:
1) I tried my Natty plugins:

2) I tried the Oneiric
I‘ve also seen this problem with the Spanish translation. I managed to
make it a bit shorter, but that’s not ideal. Maybe the message should

gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg and gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad aren't visible in your
package manager config.
It is very odd, but I found that temporarily pointing GST_PLUGIN_PATH to
point to the 32-bit gstreamer plugin directory
It is a permissions problem. The quick manual fix for this is to change
the user and group of the files /var/lib/backuppc/pc and
/var/lib/backuppc/cpool to 'backuppc'. I'm working on a packaging fix.

changing monitor resolution does not work

1. Make sure the Launcher is hidden

Update: when I log in using KDE, the touchpad continues to work and
two-finger scrolling works. If I log in using Gnome, however, even in
Safe Mode or with No Effects, the touchpad to stop working.
Any idea what in Gnome could be causing the problem
