Public bug reported:
On a new install of Ubuntu 21.10 on a new Librem14 laptop, I have a MX
Ergo bluetooth mouse which works fine for a couple minutes after fresh
startup. Seems like Bluetooth flickers on/off a few times (stutters
briefly (half a second or so) and then starts working again.
It seems to be dnsmasq itself:
/etc/init.d/dnsmasq:163:echo "nameserver 127.0.0.1" |
/sbin/resolvconf -a lo.$NAME

Umm - obviously I already 'fixed' the problem on my system and the
device mounted ok; P'raps I should have rebrokened it before running
ubuntu-bug so that all the system files that automatically get attached
reflect the problem. Nonethess I think all the info needed is in my
attachment
Unplugging and re-plugging my USB mouse temporarily 'unsticks' it too.

This seems to appear the first time I try to send a bug report, and then
does not appear again until after a system restart.
I'll add any more info I can.

Bug has just struck me upgrading (with update-manager tool) from 9.10 to
10.04. Happened immediately and persistently from the very first login.
I removed:
dpkg --remove --ignore-depends=xserver-xorg-input-all xserver-xorg-
input-wacom xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
...and now my system is usable
Hmm, this may be related to the facebook then, because I am getting this
error on start-up, even though gwibber appears to be running just fine,
with my facebook and twitter accounts.
On my laptop which I recently installed Ubuntu (about a week or two
ago), I could not add my facebook to gwibber,
same problem here, although it keeps re-appearing every few minutes as I
am browsing, listening to music, and doing homework. I will be sure to
keep an eye out for anything that might be triggering the error.

What surprises me is that so many people wrote comments on this,
although there is only 1 person (and now me) that reported that this bug
affects them.
I am not familiar with the way the site works, but I would think that if
there is a low number of people reported to be affected they will not
