I installed a ASUS sound card which said it had GE Force 210 encoding.
After installing card I still had sound. I changed the driver to Nvidia
304.134 as requested by system settings. I then did a apt-get upgrade,
now no sound. Did I do something wrong? Please let me know.

post. These overlay scroll bars are completely useless. One of the
problems maybe the programmer's are using a an old 100dpi mouse or
something? As I find it almost impossible to mouse over or click on an

At boot, nginx does not start because it tries to start before network
is up. I have some "proxy" directive in my config which makes "nginx -t"
fail while network is not yet up.
Doing a "systemctl restart nginx" in a terminal works.
$ systemctl status nginx | less

Note, this bug does not only apply to USB digitizers but to built-in
digitizers in some 2-in-1's as well (I am experiencing exactly the same
behavior on a fresh install of 16.10 but instead with the pen on my
lenovo miix 700 tablet, 100% vanilla drivers from the ubuntu install).

Running kdenlive from the terminal shows that it is the theme oxygen
that is missing, adding the oxygen5-icon-theme seems to resolve this
issue.
The libqt5libqgtk2 and the full kde-runtime was not needed to installed.

With the router in pure 802.11G mode, the interface just barely hangs in
there. When I run SpeedTest.net, ping times go through the roof, the
test sometimes gets stuck without completing, and the results are very
bad. Oddly, ping reports no dropped packets. Just severely delayed ones.

IdeaPad 110 with the same RTL8821AE wifi chip.

iteration. But the boot loader was written to the wrong disk. So I tried
to reinst
purchase a lower cost miracast dongle such as the EZcast, as
opposed to the high cost Microsoft product. Do you know a way round
this, or when WPS PIN will be added to aethercast.

Well, it actually is a bug.
The bug is that if you doubleclick the file, file-roller will then offer
to install p7zip only -- which then will fail to open the archive. If
someone can change it to offer p7zip-full instead then this can finally
be closed.
