Same here, Super Tux hangs and freezes in Kubuntu 6.10 when entering the bonus
level in the forest map, and freezes the OS with it. So, no response for
Ctrl-Alt-F1, Ctrl-Esc, Ctrl-Alt-Del, or the laptop led closed. The only way I
chose is to close the laptop manually holding the power key.

I can confirm this, on my Dell Inspiron 640m.
As soon as the laptop enters sleep mode (display, disks, fans, everything
shutdowns ok, and the power led starts to blink), it wakes up again, and after
unlocking the screen, a g-p-m alert informs me that the computer couldn't

Logout proces hangs
I'm not trying to register. I already have an account on that server. I
didn't touch the register button, just the one that says Connect in
the gossip account prefs.
If it's trying to do this then maybe it's a separate bug

Well, I got another machine to try, but it's a fresh install of 7.04.
NetworkManager from the start. Works fine, even handling VPN
connections, which is nice.

The above problem is with Onboard SATA Type set to IDE.
When set to AHCI or RAID, kubuntu 7.4 x86-64 doesn't get through the
boot and is stalled somewhere. See included picture / screen dump.
