Você deve criar o mesmo usuário nas duas máquinas
O usuário que faz a conexão e o usuário que recebe devem ser os
mesmos.

Isso mesmo. Vá até o canto inferior direito da tela, clique com o botao
direito no icone que simboliza as duas áreas de trabalho que você tem, e
adicione mais algumas.
Para usar, aperte ALT+CTRL e use o mouse para girar o cubo, ou ALT+CTRL e
use as setas direcionais - -|.
- O driver da placa de video está instalado? Se não, instale.
- Os efeitos estão habilitados? Se não, habilite.
